Requirements
- Administrative experience
- Mathematics skills a must
- Production or culinary experience a plus
- Marketing experience is a plus
- Basic skin care ingredient and plant/herbal knowledge
- Chemistry background a plus
- Great with time management
- Cooperative mind set and strong team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and diligent multitasking ability
- Self-starter; able to work independently, meet and manage deadlines
- Extremely organized and willing to implement new systems and processes
- Interest in ‘clean’, healthy beauty and cares about the environment
- Must live in comfortable and realistic proximity to workplace
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years administrative experience
- Marketing experience is a plus
- Production or culinary experience preferred but not required
- Skin care and plant/herbal knowledge is a plus
- Cooperative mind set and strong team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Schedule:
This is a part-time position of 16 hours per week to start off with. However, we are intending for this role to grow into a full-time position.
Compensation
$20/hour with potential to grow. Waiting period will apply for benefit conditions.

About Ouli's Ointment
Ouli’s Ointment was created by green makeup artist Stephanie G-M. The product was inspired by Stephanie's grandmother's use of natural remedies and the family's olive groves on the Greek island of Zakynthos. The debut product, a multi-purpose ointment is organic and made from natural plant ingredients. It was developed as an adaptable balm to soften dry skin, provide relief from minor irritation, smooth fine lines and work as a moisturizing barrier under make-up. After the success of the ointment followed a multipurpose body oil and a candle that doubles as a massage oil, both based on the same principles as the ointment. Stephanie believes adaptable products reduce the need for many consumer goods that end up expiring and in a landfill; that's why all our products have multiple uses. Ouli's focus as a sustainable brand is a reduction of waste in the beauty industry through minimal, reusable aluminium packaging and products that work in a multitude of ways.
